OWLbtc Cryptocurrency Brand Bible Design. A company focused on all things crypto. With focus on hardware, investing and cloud based mining. The design establishes the basis for the company branding. This formed part of a bigger bundle, namely: OWLbtc Logo design as well as OWLbtc Website design.
Over all, the design process consisted of three parts. First, we figure out the initial idea by designing the logo. Then we establish the brand fundamentals through the brand bible. After these first two phases were complete, I incorporated both into the website design. This meant a much easier design as I knew the visual foundation.
This phase was equally as important as the rest. A quality piece of corporate collateral that assures a professional brand, no matter who generates the marketing material.
Solid brand guidelines help in regards to all future art marketing and design. To have an established identity, means creatives don't need to first figure out the brand positioning before doing any additional work for the company.
We establish our main end goal before we get into any of the technical aspects. Our purpose described in less than 100 words. This means the company has a clear vision and understands it's direction.
Further elaboration on the company mission and what is to be achieved gives any marketing or advertising agency an idea of what needs to be communicated. Establishing an end goal as early as possible.
The following is a breakdown of any and all visual communication fundamentals. This is open to addition as the brand grows. The basis of the brand gets christened here and assures both brand consistency as well as desired visual appeal no matter the application.
Often times, growing brands get handled by many different creative parties. This leaves much room for error. Putting down the principles is a sure way to lessen the risk of inaccurate brand representation.
The same amount of care invested in the company's logo, is the same amount of care that should be invested in how that logo is applied. Similarly, the font choice greatly impacts how consumers receive your brand and what you convey. Each font has it's very own personality and should align with the brand's vision as close as possible.
